Schedule
Noon – 1 p.m. Wine License Requirements – Danielle Elks,
Elks Law
Attorney Danielle Elks will lead you through the maze of paperwork and regulations involved in applying for a wine license. She will provide step-by-step instructions to help you satisfy all the requirements.
1 – 2 p.m. Responsible Vendor Training – Danny Patterson,
Tennessee i.d.
Responsible Vendor training is mandatory for wine license applicants. Responsible Vendor training programs must be approved by the Tennessee ABC. Danny Patterson will walk you through the Tennessee i.d. program and show you how easy and affordable it is to satisfy the responsible vendor training requirements to sell wine in your stores.
Danielle Elks has opened a law firm after 25 years working at the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission–the last 12 years as its Executive Director. She has served as President of the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators and has vast experience interpreting the statutes, rules and regulations by which your business is regulated: she wrote many of these statutes and rules. Knowledgeable in the procedures to obtain the necessary licenses, Danielle can assist you in applying for your license whether as a retail applicant, liquor-by-the-drink, wholesaler, winery or distiller applicant.
Tennessee i.d. is the first program of its kind to offer online, fully automated certified training for Tennessee’s Responsible Vendor Program. We are 100% certified with the Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission. Reduce your paperwork, reduce the hassle. We guarantee our program will make it easy for your company to become fully compliant with Tennessee’s Responsible Vendor Act of 2006 and the Wine in Retail Food Store License. Tennessee i.d. is endorsed by the Tennessee Fuel & Convenience Store Association.
